Location Cusago (MI) Position Product Manager for Balkan Markets (Southeast Europe) Contract Full-time, permanent Work experience Minimum 2–3 years of previous experience in technical sales – ideally in the window and door industry, insulating glass, or plastics sector Main tasks and responsibilities · The candidate will join the Market Team, which is responsible for sales processes and the development of new products, primarily targeting the Balkan markets. · Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target companies · Identify and directly contact potential new customers and market opportunities · Focus on commercial and technical consulting activities, as well as developing new products and services based on market needs · Define and implement commercial strategies to ensure success in your market · Regularly review KPIs for your processes · Work on the team’s P&L management, as well as Forecasting, Planning, and Budgeting activities. · Maintain frequent customer relationships through on-site visits (approx. 60% of the time) · Participate in trade fairs and industry events for networking and market observation Contacts · Customers · Technoform subsidiaries and affiliates in Italy and abroad · External suppliers Education · University degree Professional qualifications · Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite Languages · Romanian or Croatian (Native Level) · English (Excellent Proficiency) · Italian (Preferred) Personal characteristics · Dynamic and flexible, with multitasking ability · Strong organizational and analytical skills · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Problem-solving ability · Team player · Attention to quality · Willingness to travel abroad for short periods (Europe) · Proactive and forward-thinking Start date · As soon as possible Salary · Commensurate with professional profile L’offerta è rivolta a candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77 e L. 125/91), inclusi coloro appartenenti alle categorie protette (L. 68/99).
