Then we look forward to receiving your application.Location Cusago (MI)Position Product Manager for Balkan Markets (Southeast Europe)Contract Full-time, permanentWork experience Minimum 2–3 years of previous experience in technical sales – ideally in the window and door industry, insulating glass, or plastics sectorMain tasks and responsibilities· The candidate will join the Market Team, which is responsible for sales processes and the development of new products, primarily targeting the Balkan markets. · Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target companies · Identify and directly contact potential new customers and market opportunities · Focus on commercial and technical consulting activities, as well as developing new products and services based on market needs · Define and implement commercial strategies to ensure success in your market · Regularly review KPIs for your processes · Work on the team’s P&L management, as well as Forecasting, Planning, and Budgeting activities. · Maintain frequent customer relationships through on-site visits (approx. 60% of the time) · Participate in trade fairs and industry events for networking and market observationContacts· Customers · Technoform subsidiaries and affiliates in Italy and abroad · External suppliersEducation· University degreeProfessional qualifications · Advanced use of Microsoft Office suiteLanguages· Romanian or Croatian (Native Level) · English (Excellent Proficiency) · Italian (Preferred)Personal characteristics · Dynamic and flexible, with multitasking ability · Strong organizational and analytical skills · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Problem-solving ability · Team player · Attention to quality · Willingness to travel abroad for short periods (Europe) · Proactive and forward-thinkingStart date· As soon as possibleSalary· Commensurate with professional profileL’offerta è rivolta a candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77 e L. 125/91), inclusi coloro appartenenti alle categorie protette (L. 68/99).
