In un mercato in rapida trasformazione, cerchiamo un professionista per espandere attivamente la nostra quota di mercato.Il ruolo è fondamentale per capitalizzare sulle opportunità derivanti dalla transizione digitale in ambito B2B, identificando e acquisendo nuovi clienti. Responsabilità Strategiche Sviluppo Commerciale Proattivo: Generazione autonoma e sistematica di nuove opportunità di business tramite prospecting diretto e networking qualificato.Gestione del Ciclo di Vendita: Supervisione completa del processo, dalla mappatura iniziale del potenziale cliente alla negoziazione economica e alla finalizzazione del contratto (end-to-end).Analisi di Mercato: Mappatura strategica dei settori verticali e identificazione dei principali stakeholder per il posizionamento mirato delle nostre soluzioni.Obiettivi di Fatturato: Raggiungimento e superamento degli obiettivi di vendita e margine, con focus primario sui Nuovi Clienti. Profilo Ideale (Requisiti Fondamentali)Esperienza Precedente: Comprovata esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli di sviluppo commerciale e vendita di soluzioni ICT B2B.Competenza Settoriale: Profonda conoscenza del panorama ICT, in particolare delle soluzioni di Document Management e Digitalizzazione dei Processi (ECM, Conservazione Digitale, ecc.).Approccio: Elevato drive, forte autonomia gestionale della pipeline (uso professionale del CRM) e spiccata attitudine all'ottenimento del risultato.
