Join to apply for the Business Development Specialist role at YAM We're seeking an intern to support the Business Development team in marketing and commercial development activities. The candidate, with a background in marketing and economics, must demonstrate a strong attitude for business development and a passion for the advertising industry, together with a natural curiosity for digital innovation. The person will help YAM develop its business by scouting for new clients, performing market research and managing the CRM on a daily basis to support our sales pipeline. The person will also have ongoing relationships with our client services, strategy, and creative teams. ResponsibilitiesSupport the scouting of new prospects through email marketing and LinkedIn Support the team in the ongoing update of the company's CRM Track activities on the sales pipeline Conduct market analysis and competitor reviews Collaborate in drafting commercial presentations Scout industry events for business networking Support with documentation and procurement portals Manage and update company credentialsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields preferred Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindsetKnowledge of marketing strategies Familiarity with research and digital analysis tools Passion for business innovation and idea generation Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with different projects and themes Curious about using AI in the daily workflowPassion for business innovation and idea generation Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with different projects and themes Curious about using AI in the daily workflow Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development Advertising Services J-18808-Ljbffr Business Development Specialist • Rome, Italy #J-18808-Ljbffr
