Being in Lottomatica is much more than being part of a company: it means contributing to a great and responsible entrepreneurial project.We are looking for a Marketing & CVM Manager for a Group company to join the Digital & Betting Department, with the aim of maximizing the value of the current and prospective customer base through the design and implementation of promotional strategies for retention, acquisition, and engagement.Main activitiesDesign, plan, and implement marketing campaigns aimed at stimulating customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, constantly monitoring their effectiveness.Manage customer segmentation and clustering activities, developing personalized offers and promotions based on different behavioral profiles.Define and coordinate promotional and integrated communication plans, in collaboration with the Digital, CRM, and Commercial departments.Oversee the management of VIP players, ensuring dedicated assistance, retention, and loyalty plans.Monitor the main performance KPIs of marketing campaigns and CVM programs, proposing corrective actions to improve results.Collaborate with the Demand & BI team to analyze data relating to customer behavior and value, transforming it into insights useful for the development of new strategies.Support management in the implementation of cross-selling and up-selling strategies for Totosì products and services.Required skillsPrevious experience in the role and sectorExcellent knowledge of acquisition and retention techniquesExcellent knowledge of customer base managementExcellent communication skills and knowledge of EnglishAptitude for teamwork and good stakeholder managementWhat we offerPermanent contract and hybrid working opportunities;Company laptop;Ongoing training in hard skills and soft skills;Gross annual salary commensurate with experience (from 45k to 50k)Job Grade: 1Lottomatica implements a policy that guarantees equal opportunities and promotes diversity and inclusion, against all forms of discrimination.At Lottomatica, we believe that every person is unique and we consider diversity to be a source of personal and organizational enrichment.We are committed every day to ensuring that ours is an open, safe, and inclusive environment where every person can be themselves regardless of gender, religion, sex, age, ethnicity, nationality, disability, marital status, or sexual orientation.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function MarketingIndustries Entertainment Providers#J-18808-Ljbffr
