This is a great opportunity as EXPORT KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, to make a difference and support the Bauli group.

You will have the opportunity to do so in a structured and flexible context with training courses and growth prospects.

Your workplace will be at the Castel d'Azzano (Verona) headquarter, but you will be part of a multinational, multicultural context that is attentive to diversity and the well-being of its employees.

As EXPORT KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer International, you will be responsible for the design and execution of strategic growth plans and the management of business relationships with key customers in Europe.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  1. Market Expansion: strategically guide the transition from regional to national distribution, leveraging market data and insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Account Management: establish and nurture relationships with key retail buyers, distributor representatives, and brokers to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
  3. Performance Monitoring: analyze sales metrics and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with marketing, R&D, operations to align sales initiatives with company objectives and ensure successful product launches.
  5. Strategic Sales Development: develop and implement sales strategies to grow the retail bakery business, ensuring alignment with national expansion goals.
  6. Distributor Management: build and maintain strong partnerships to extend market coverage in target regions.
  7. Participates to trade fairs (Fancy Food, Anuga, Sial, etc.).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Technical skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  2. 4-5 years in retail sales within the food or bakery industry.
  3. Negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  4. P&L management.
  5. Proficiency in English and German.
  6. Result orientation.
  7. Problem solving.
  8. Decision making.
  9. Authority.
