Key Account Manager On Trade Regional Lead

Brown-Forman is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to lead our regional on-trade efforts in Italy. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills to drive sales growth and maximize customer relationships.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key regional wholesalers, and ensuring alignment between sell-in and sell-out plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales growth in a similar role, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the on-trade spirits market.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance of assigned regional customers. Execute commercial strategies including pricing/promotions initiatives in line with channel commercial objectives.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional wholesalers being the face of Brown Forman in front of customers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Performance Management: Manage customers' P&Ls, conduct regular performance reviews, and collaborate with the On Trade National Key Account Manager/Sell-Out team to maximize results.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the On Trade Business Area Manager.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience as a Regional Account Manager in On Trade.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
- In-depth knowledge of the On Trade spirits market and customer base (wholesalers and on-trade customers).
Total Rewards at Brown-Forman offers equitable pay structures for individual and company performance alongside a premium employee experience. A range of benefits includes a salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, dependent on experience, plus additional compensation and perks.
