Key Player for Global Sales Expansion

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Manager to join our team at Ehr Italy, a leading company in the rubber and plastic industry. With approximately 200 employees and a turnover of 100 million Euro, we offer an exciting opportunity for growth and development.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the sales development of assigned areas, reporting directly to the Sales Director. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining budgets, sales strategies, and forecasts for the area;
- Maintaining positive relationships with current clients to achieve high retention rates;
- Developing new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis;
- Participating in events and industry trade shows;
The ideal candidate should have a degree in technical studies and relevant experience within structured companies in the rubber/plastic industry. Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential. Additionally, the ability to travel nationally and internationally is required.
