About this role
We are seeking a talented Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our FIN Framework platform across the EMEA region. In this role, you will manage existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and lead sales excellence initiatives.
Your responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities for the FIN Framework platform across the EMEA region by identifying new prospects and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
- Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive sales excellence initiatives, optimizing sales processes and tools to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Prepare forecasts and reports on sales activity and performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Represent J2 Innovations at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across EMEA.
Your qualifications
- Proven experience in sales within the building automation or software solutions space, preferably with a focus on BAS and HVAC.
- Strong understanding of the FIN Framework or other platform solutions for smart buildings.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and a passion for improving sales processes and data management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A track record of driving business growth and managing customer accounts in a dynamic environment.
