About the Role

As a Senior Sales Development Manager at ABB, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Trentino region. This role is ideal for individuals with 3-5 years of sales experience and a strong understanding of Energy Distribution and Building Automation, E-Mobility.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing commercial relationships with stakeholders, including wholesalers, installers, panel builders, OEMs, and EPC.
  • Proposing Application Building products and solutions to customers, focusing on orders volume, product mix, and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and driving their development.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • Good knowledge of Energy Distribution and Building Automation, E-Mobility.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to understand customer needs.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
