Beschreibung des Jobs

Als Senior Software Development Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Leitung eines Teams von Entwicklern zur Entwicklung eines neuen Software-Systems. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Cross-Functional-Teams zusammen, um Projektanforderungen und Ziele zu definieren. Außerdem entwickeln und pflegen Sie hochwertigen Code, der den Projektanforderungen entspricht.



Hauptaufgaben:

  • Design und Implementierung von Software-Architektur
  • Entwicklung und Testen von Code, um hohe Qualität sicherzustellen
  • Kooperation mit Teammitgliedern, um technische Probleme zu lösen und Code-Effizienz zu verbessern


Anforderungen:

  • Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie Java, Python und C++
  • Starker Verständnis von Software-Architektur und Designmuster


Prefereierte Qualifikationen:

  • Abschluss in Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethodologien
