The Role:

As a Risk Management Specialist at WTW, you will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and portfolios with a focus on client retention and new business development. Your primary accountability is to ensure the interests of clients and the integrity of the market are at the forefront of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day client service, addressing requests and queries from clients, insurers, and other third parties.
  • Understanding client business and risk management needs and delivering them through ongoing service.
  • Maintenance of information on the client database.
  • Preparation of market presentations and underwriting submissions as required.
  • Negotiation of terms and cover alterations with insurers and presentation to clients.
  • Completion of reports as required.
  • Working with clients and insurers to address and resolve issues.
