Ive just released a new request in StaffingNation for a Talent Services Specialist located in Bangalore India. The position is very similar to PTIbut with more of an HR focus. Interviews:

Total of two 30 minute interviews needed. One with the hiring manager (Director of Talent Services) and a panel interview with her team.

Job Brief:

  • Procore has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Services (HR) Specialist to support our global business objectives by providing handson support in administrative duties. This position will report to the Sr Manager Talent Services and will be based out of India.

Responsibilities:

What youll do:

Manage incoming service tickets

Answer employee questions

Serve as a liaison between employees and other Procore teams

Create offboarding packets

Audit onboarding tasks

Come into office as needed

Follow HR processes and assist with data entry

Ensure personnel files records systems and information is current accurate and in

accordance with HR standards

Requirements:

What were looking for:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related area preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities; have strong business writing and oral communication skills; possess excellent interpersonal skills and solid problemsolving skills
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills in order to acquire the trust of business partners
  • Ability to use/learn all Procore tools including Workday Culture Amp Google apps Slack MS Office

Must Haves:

  • Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities; have strong business writing and oral communication
  • Ability to use/learn Procore tools including Workday Culture Amp Google apps Slack MS Office
