Stiamo cercando un Event Manager da inserire in Prisma Eventi (Roma)Prisma Eventi è una realtà in forte crescita nel mondo degli eventi corporate e farmaceutici. Progettiamo e produciamo eventi curando ogni fase del processo, dall’idea alla realizzazione, lavorando in modo integrato tra organizzazione, produzione e comunicazione. Per rafforzare il nostro team, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Event Manager da inserire a partire da febbraio 2026.Il profilo che cerchiamoCerchiamo una persona con 1–4 anni di esperienza nel settore eventi, che abbia voglia di crescere all’interno di un’azienda giovane e strutturata.Una figura:autonoma e affidabileorganizzata, con pensiero creativoproattiva e orientata alla soluzionecon un’attitudine da future leaderAttività principaliLa risorsa si occuperà in autonomia di:gestione e organizzazione di progetti evento corporatecoordinamento fornitori e gestione operativapianificazione timing, logistica e onsite managementgestione di budget e preventivirelazione diretta con clienti e partnersupporto alle figure più junior del teamIl focus del ruolo è prevalentemente operativo e progettuale.RequisitiEsperienza nella produzione di eventi corporate e/o farmaceuticiOttime capacità di project managementInglese fluente (scritto e parlato)Abitudine alla gestione di fornitori e budgetCostituisce titolo preferenziale:esperienza in agenzia eventi, in particolare corporate o farmaceuticobuona conoscenza del pacchetto Officeutilizzo di Canva per presentazioni e materiali di progettoCosa offriamoInserimento in una realtà in crescita con progetti strutturatiRuolo centrale all’interno del team operativoPercorso di crescita professionale realeAmbiente giovane, dinamico e orientato alla responsabilitàContratto e RAL da definire in base all’esperienzaFull time, lavoro in presenza a Roma con possibilità di modalità ibridaCome candidarsiInviare CV e breve presentazione a: 📧 recruitment@prismaeventi.itSe vuoi lavorare in un contesto dove le idee diventano progetti concreti e le responsabilità crescono insieme alle persone, ti invitiamo a candidarti.
