Stiamo cercando un Event Manager da inserire in Prisma Eventi (Roma)

Prisma Eventi è una realtà in forte crescita nel mondo degli eventi corporate e farmaceutici. Progettiamo e produciamo eventi curando ogni fase del processo, dall’idea alla realizzazione, lavorando in modo integrato tra organizzazione, produzione e comunicazione. Per rafforzare il nostro team, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Event Manager da inserire a partire da febbraio 2026.

Il profilo che cerchiamo

Cerchiamo una persona con 1–4 anni di esperienza nel settore eventi, che abbia voglia di crescere all’interno di un’azienda giovane e strutturata.

Una figura:

- autonoma e affidabile
- organizzata, con pensiero creativo
- proattiva e orientata alla soluzione
- con un’attitudine da future leader

Attività principali

La risorsa si occuperà in autonomia di:

- gestione e organizzazione di progetti evento corporate
- coordinamento fornitori e gestione operativa
- pianificazione timing, logistica e onsite management
- gestione di budget e preventivi
- relazione diretta con clienti e partner
- supporto alle figure più junior del team

Il focus del ruolo è prevalentemente operativo e progettuale.

Requisiti

- Esperienza nella produzione di eventi corporate e/o farmaceutici
- Ottime capacità di project management
- Inglese fluente (scritto e parlato)
- Abitudine alla gestione di fornitori e budget

Costituisce titolo preferenziale:

- esperienza in agenzia eventi, in particolare corporate o farmaceutico
- buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- utilizzo di Canva per presentazioni e materiali di progetto
