You will contribute to significantly complex projects as part of a team, and execute day-to-day operations autonomously to deliver the right outcomes with limited guidance. You will be responsible for developing project strategies, allocating appropriate resources, and overseeing the design and engineering of complex projects. Additionally, you will hold project managers accountable, develop measurable targets and milestones, monitor metrics, and recommend process improvements. The base pay for this position ranges from $81,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,600/year in our highest geographic market.
