Il nostro Gruppo comprende diverse società, ognuna specializzata in particolari servizi o aree geografiche, che lavorano sinergicamente per fornire un supporto completo volto ad aiutare i nostri clienti a raggiungere i loro obiettivi:AIM Italy: specializzata nell'organizzazione di congressi, meeting, eventi e comunicazione.AIM Education: Provider ECM che funge da consulente per società scientifiche, associazioni e aziende farmaceutiche per progettare e organizzare programmi di formazione per gli Operatori Sanitari (HCP).AIM International Network: con 11 uffici in 8 paesi, ciascuno con solide relazioni locali e una comprensione completa delle destinazioni e dei mercati locali.AIM Italy – Divisione Communication ricerca per la propria sede di Roma un/una Communication Strategist con esperienza nel settore Healthcare e Pharmada inserire nel team Service Design&Sales che si occuperà delle seguenti attività:Analisi dei brief e dei bisogni dei clienti in ambito healthcare e farmaceuticoDefinizione di strategie di comunicazione coerenti con gli obiettivi del clienteRedazione di progetti e proposte strategiche, integrando contenuti scientifici, creativi e digitali.Elaborazione e monitoraggio di budget di progetto, in collaborazione con il team Amministrazione e project managementPreparazione di materiali di presentazione (strategic deck, proposte, report)Monitoraggio dei trend di mercato e delle best practice di settoreCollaborazione con partner e fornitori esterniRequisitiLaurea in discipline economiche, comunicazione e marketingEsperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli strategici, di planning o account management, preferibilmente in agenzie di comunicazione, consulenza o in contesti HealthcareOttime capacità di scrittura e sintesi, con particolare attenzione alla chiarezza e alla precisioneCompetenza nella gestione ed elaborazione budgetConoscenza del settore Healthcare e delle sue specificità normative è considerata un plus.Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare PowerPoint ed Excel)Inglese fluente scritto e parlatoCapacità analitiche e attenzione al dettaglioForte orientamento al problem solving e al risultatoOttime doti comunicative, scritte e orali.Attitudine al lavoro in team multidisciplinari.
