This role will be key in ensuring operational excellence across all Food Beverage areas, while upholding the highest quality standards, guest satisfaction, and the achievement of company goals.WORK LOCATIONThe position is open for our Ethra Reserve property, located in Puglia, Castellaneta Marina (TA).Ethra Reserve is situated within the Stornara Nature Reserve and offers 765 rooms across two beautiful 5-star hotels, Kalidria Hotel Thalasso SPA and Alborèa Ecolodge Resort, as well as two charming 4-star resorts, Valentino Resort and Calanè Resort.It features 18 dining and beverage areas designed to meet every type of need.The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for the overall management of FB operations within the Ethra Reserve.AREA OF RESPONSIBILITYStrategic planning and execution of FB operations to ensure profitability, high-quality service, and guest satisfactionMenu development in collaboration with executive chefs, ensuring the maintenance of quality standardsMonitoring costs and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvementEfficient cost management and upselling strategies to enhance profitability and achieve revenue targetsDefinition and implementation of standard operating guidelines to ensure a consistent guest experience across all dining and beverage outletsIncrease guest ratings through high-quality service and continuous attention to guest needsEnsure compliance with all food safety regulations and quality standardsStaff management and specialized training to ensure they are always up to date with best practices and the latest industry trendsBuild strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure reliable and continuous sourcingAdoption of innovative solutions to guarantee excellence in service, perfectly aligned with guest expectations and needsSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND TRAININGDegree in Hospitality Management, Tourism and Hotel Management, Economics, or an equivalent qualificationAt least 5 years of previous experience in the same role, preferably in luxury Hotels or ResortsExcellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skillsSolid experience in budgeting, food cost monitoring, and financial report analysisStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent planning abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations, specifically applied to the Hospitality industryExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and major email systemsFluent in both English and Italian (spoken and written)Knowledge of an additional foreign language is considered a plusWillingness to relocate to the work location#J-18808-Ljbffr
