This is a unique opportunity to own and drive Digital Power Service business, shaping our local strategy and impacting market objectives.Your Mission:You'll be the driving force behind adapting and implementing our service solution strategy, turning customer needs into competitive advantages. You'll build strong customer relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions that achieve ambitious sales targets. From market analysis to bid management, you'll ensure our solutions are competitive, deliverable, and profitable.Key Responsibilities: Own the Italy Digital Power service solution business, achieving sales and profit targets. Conduct in-depth market analysis and customer insight, driving strategic budget influence. Develop and present competitive service solutions, ensuring contract quality and compliance. Empower core channel partners through training and collaborative portfolio development. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, enhancing customer perception. Implement regional service marketing and communication activities, strengthening our brand. Lead bid processes, crafting winning service solutions. Provide expert product solution design and technical guidance to senior clients. We're Looking For: Proven experience in Italy Photovoltaic industry with particular focus on inverter and BESS solutions Strong understanding of bidding processes and solution customization. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to train and empower partners. Fluent in English A strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
