The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and driving a team to successfully acquire job descriptions (JDs) that facilitate student placements ensuring robust relationships with key accounts and maintaining high satisfaction scores. This role requires excellent communication skills a datadriven mindset and a proactive approach to engaging mentees in recruitment processes.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a team to acquire job descriptions (JDs) that support student placements.
  • Provide guidance mentorship and support to team members to achieve targets and improve performance.
  1. Data Tracking and Analysis:
  • Rigorously track and analyze data points and metrics related to JD acquisition and team performance.
  • Use data insights to inform strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  1. Account Management:
  • Coordinate and manage key accounts ensuring robust relationships and maintaining a high satisfaction score (4.2).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
  1. Partner Retention:
  • Guarantee that at least 20% of partner companies return to recruit from us on a monthly basis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner retention and satisfaction.
  1. Communication and Coordination:
  • Ensure seamless communication between the team and open accounts to optimize operations and provide timely updates.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
  1. Mentee Engagement:
  • Proactively ensure that mentees are fully engaged and actively participating in all recruitment rounds and processes across various companies.
  • Provide support and resources to mentees to enhance their readiness and success in recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in corporate relations account management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Datadriven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain robust relationships with key accounts.
  • Proactive and resultsoriented approach.
  • Familiarity with the education and edtech industry is a plus.
