Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of a major 50MW new-build data centre in Milan, acting on behalf of the client within an Owner’s Representative role. The position holds responsibility for managing defined scopes across design, construction, and commissioning, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, quality, and safety objectives.The role requires strong experience delivering mission-critical projects and the ability to manage complex CSA and MEP interfaces across the full RIBA lifecycle.Key RequirementsProven experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects across RIBA Stages 2–6.Strong understanding of CSA / MEP coordination and interface management.Experience working in Italy and/or fluency in Italian.Background in client-side, owner’s rep, or consultancy delivery preferred.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working on large-scale, high-value projects in fast-paced environments.
