Per l'Hotel Il Pellicano di Porto Ercole ricerchiamo unoChef de Partie .La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione autonoma della propria partita e della collaborazione con il team di cucina e di sala al fine di garantire un servizio impeccabile.Responsabilità Gestione autonoma della propria partita durante la preparazione ed il servizio. Supporto al Sous Chef e all’Head Chef nelle attività operative quotidiane. Garanzia degli standard qualitativi e del rispetto delle norme HACCP. Coordinamento dei commis de partie assegnati e cura dell’organizzazione della postazione.Requisiti Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo. Buona conoscenza delle tecniche di cucina della propria partita. Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire il servizio. Attenzione alla qualità della materia prima.Cosa offriamo ?
