Nessun problema Cerchiamo anche studenti motivati che vogliono fare esperienza concreta mentre completano gli studi.💻 Il tuo ruoloCome IT Support Intern, sarai parte integrante del team Technical Services e ti occuperai di:🎫 Supporto tecnico quotidiano tramite ServiceNOW: risolverai problematiche su dispositivi, applicazioni, accessi, stampanti e sistemi di videoconferenza👋 Onboarding tecnologico dei nuovi colleghi in collaborazione con HR⚙️ Configurazione e setup di workstation secondo gli standard aziendali📦 Gestione asset IT: inventario, tracking e manutenzione delle postazioni🔍 Monitoraggio sistemi: controllo operazioni quotidiane come backup e alert🛒 Procurement IT: gestione richieste di acquisto hardware e software🔒 Data security: garantire la riservatezza nella gestione delle informazioni sensibili✅ Cerchiamo qualcuno conRequisiti fondamentali:🎓 Diploma tecnico o laurea (anche triennale) in ambito informatico, tecnologico o equivalente🇮🇹 Italiano madrelingua o fluente🇬🇧 Inglese livello B1/B2 (scritto e parlato)💻 Conoscenza base di sistemi Windows e suite Microsoft Office💬 Buone capacità comunicative e attitudine al problem-solving🎯 Approccio metodico, organizzato e attenzione ai dettagliNice to have (ma non essenziali):🎟️ Familiarità con sistemi di ticketing🌐 Interesse per networking e cybersecurity🔥 Attitudine proattiva nell'apprendimento di nuove tecnologie🎮 Passione per la tecnologia anche nei progetti personaliCosa offriamoFormazione e crescita:Stage di 6 mesi con possibilità concreta di assunzioneAffiancamento costante da professionisti senior del settoreFormazione su tecnologie enterprise e best practices ITPercorso strutturato di crescita professionaleAmbiente di lavoro:Contesto internazionale con colleghi da tutto il mondoEsposizione a tecnologie moderne e progetti innovativiTeam collaborativo e inclusivoModalità: full-time in sede (Milano)Compensation:Rimborso spese mensile competitivoTicket restaurant
