Join us at Venchi and be part of a story that celebrates moments of cheerfulness with indulgent products crafted for your well-being.Your Mission:We are seeking a Purchasing Intern to join our Procurement Team based in our HQ in Milan The Purchasing Intern will support the Procurement Manager in managing the sourcing of materials, services, and subcontractors for construction sites and Venchi retail stores. The role will contribute to cost control, on-time delivery, and quality of supplies, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.Key Responsibilities:Support the management of purchase orders for materials, equipment, and servicesRequest, collect, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractorsEnter and update purchase orders in the company’s ERP systemMonitor deliveries in coordination with construction sites and retail storesSupport the management and development of supplier relationshipsVerify procurement documentation (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, contracts)Support cost analysis activities by projectCollaborate with the Technical Department and the Finance/Administration teamAssist in ensuring compliance with company procurement proceduresThe ideal candidate:Degree or ongoing studies in Civil/Building Engineering, Management Engineering, Architecture, Economics, or related fieldsGood knowledge of Excel and standard IT toolsFluency in EnglishAccuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skillsAbility to work under tight deadlinesProblem-solving attitudeGood communication and negotiation skillsAttention to detail and cost awareness… and of course a chocolate and gelato loverWhat We Offer:Hands-on training in purchasing and procurement processesInvolvement in project and site managementOpportunity to gain experience with materials, suppliers, and construction site dynamicsFlexibility and Balance: Benefit from flexible working hours and hybrid work options.Global Vision, Local Flavour: Join a passionate, creative team where innovation thrives.
