Descrizione del ruoloNell’ottica di un rafforzamento dell’Ufficio Acquisti, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Purchasing Responsible che, riportando al Purchasing Manager della società, sarà responsabile della gestione strategica ed operativa dell’Ufficio Acquisti, con l’obiettivo di garantire approvvigionamenti di beni e servizi, efficienti, competitivi e in linea con gli standard qualitativi aziendali. In particolare, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:Definizione e implementazione delle strategie di acquisto in accordo con il Purchasing Manager e l’Operation Director del sito di Locate di TriulziGestione e coordinamento del team acquisti del sito di Locate di TriulziSupporto nella selezione, qualificazione e negoziazione con i fornitoriGestione contratti, ordini e condizioni commercialiCollaborazione con produzione, qualità e logistica nella gestione degli approvvigionamentiInvio richieste d’offerta ai fornitori per materie prime e accessori confrontandosi con il reparto produttivoGestione degli ordini ai fornitori all’interno del gestionale aziendaleMonitoraggio quotidiano degli ordini inseriti, sollecito consegne e conferme d’ordineControllo e gestione scorte minime di magazzinoSupporto nell’inventarioSupporto nel monitoraggio della performance dei fornitori, sulla base di KPI prestabilitiRequisiti:Diploma o laurea ad indirizzo economico/ finanziario/meccanico/logisticoEsperienza minima di 5 anni in ambito acquisti, preferibilmente in aziende produttiveConoscenza dei processi di supply chain (preferibile)Conoscenza di sistemi di qualità (ISO 9001) (preferibile)Buona conoscenza di MS Office, in particolare ExcelOttimo utilizzo di ERP e strumenti di analisiBuona conoscenza della lingua ingleseOttime capacità di negoziazione e leadershipOttime doti relazionali e comunicativeOttima capacità di problem solving,Buona capacità di pianificazione delle attività e autonomia nella definizione delle prioritàCosa offriamo :Inserimento in un’azienda solida e in forte crescitaAssunzione con contratto a tempo indeterminatoCCNL Metalmeccanico Industria – livello commisurato all’esperienzaRAL commisurata all’esperienzaBenefit buoni pasto, PDR aziendale, welfare da contrattoSi richiede disponibilità a spostamenti saltuari anche presso le altre sedi Klinger Italy in Rho e PrayVuoi metterti alla prova ed entrare a far parte di un contesto internazionale e in forte crescita?
