For a leading company in the logistics sector, we are looking for an HR Assistant to join the team at the Torrazza (TO) site.The selected candidate will be part of a structured HR team and will be responsible for managing both operational and digital activities related to personnel administration, ensuring a positive employee experience and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.Responsibilities:Managing attendance, absences, and reportingSupporting employees in using digital HR toolsCollaborating with HR and Operations teamsMonitoring compliance and reviewing automated processesRequirements:Previous experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, or reception rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities, autonomy, and attention to detailFlexibility and adaptability in dynamic environmentsDiscretion in handling sensitive dataKnowledge of the English languageWorking hours: Full-time, 39 hours per weekInitial contract: 3 months
