For a leading company in the logistics sector, we are looking for an HR Assistant to join the team at the Torrazza (TO) site.The selected candidate will be part of a structured HR team and will be responsible for managing both operational and digital activities related to personnel administration, ensuring a positive employee experience and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.ResponsibilitiesManaging attendance, absences, and reportingSupporting employees in using digital HR toolsCollaborating with HR and Operations teamsMonitoring compliance and reviewing automated processesRequirementsPrevious experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, or reception rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities, autonomy, and attention to detailFlexibility and adaptability in dynamic environmentsDiscretion in handling sensitive dataKnowledge of the English languageWorking hours: Full-time, 39 hours per weekInitial contract: 3 months#J-18808-Ljbffr
