SCOPO:

  • Responsabile delle risorse EHS e del servizio di protezione e prevenzione del sito.
  • Ricopre il ruolo di RSPP presso lo stabilimento di Pisa, collaborando con il datore di lavoro, il medico competente e il rappresentante dei lavoratori per la sicurezza (RLS) per la realizzazione del Documento di valutazione dei rischi (DVR) e adempiere alle disposizioni dell’art.33 del D.Lgs. 81/2008.
  • Supporta la Direzione dello Stabilimento, coordinando le attività EHS nello stabilimento di Pisa, garantendo il rispetto delle leggi vigenti in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro e ambientale, i requisiti delle norme ISO 14001 e 45001 e il sistema di gestione certificato EHS del sito, nonché i requisiti normativi EHS di Corporate.
  • Garantisce il rispetto delle previsioni di spesa, ottimizzando le attività e le risorse di competenza.
  • Ricerca il miglioramento e l’ottimizzazione dei processi EHS.
  • Gestisce il servizio di sicurezza dello stabilimento.

RESPONSABILITÀ:

  • Garantisce il mantenimento e l’aggiornamento della documentazione del sistema di salute, sicurezza e ambiente, inclusa la conformità alle linee guida interne e alle politiche aziendali.
  • Garantisce l’esecuzione della valutazione dei rischi dello stabilimento e supporta la Direzione nell’identificazione delle misure per la sicurezza e la salute sul luogo di lavoro, in conformità con la legislazione vigente, e nella definizione e gestione dei programmi di formazione e informazione per i lavoratori e la Direzione sulla sicurezza sul lavoro e sulla normativa per la tutela dell’ambiente.
  • Assicura l’implementazione e il miglioramento continuo del sistema di gestione EHS certificato da Corporate.
  • Monitora i requisiti normativi ad es. D.Lgs. 81/08, D.Lgs. 152/2006, ecc.
  • Garantisce il mantenimento della certificazione e la conformità alle norme ISO applicate nello stabilimento.
  • Assicura la formazione relativa a salute, sicurezza e ambiente per il personale dello stabilimento.

FORMAZIONE E COMPETENZE:

  • Laurea magistrale in discipline scientifiche.
  • Formazione necessaria per ricoprire il ruolo di RSPP.
  • Conoscenza (preferibilmente con certificazioni) delle norme ISO 45001 e 14001.
  • Conoscenza dell’analisi HazOp, analisi dei rischi di Zurich o altre tecniche di analisi del rischio di processo.
  • Formazione come esperto in prevenzione incendi o in generale sulla normativa antincendio e ATEX.
  • Conoscenza della normativa D.Lgs. 152/06 e della gestione dei rifiuti.
  • Forte leadership.
  • Capacità di gestione dei conflitti intra ed extra gruppo.
  • Capacità di prioritizzazione.
  • Forte capacità comunicativa scritta, orale e di sintesi.
