With over 800 professionals operating from Italy, UK, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Canada, the Group serves clients in 4 continents, supporting approximately 100,000 investment professionals to manage more than €1 trillion in assets.We are seeking aGroup ICT Project Managerfor ourMilanoffice.ResponsibilitiesDefine the scope of the project, objectives, deliverables and roadmap.Develop detailed project plans, including activities, milestones, effort estimates and budgets.Coordinate kick‑off and planning activities with internal and external teams.Monitor the technical aspects of the project, ensuring consistency with company architectural and technological standards.Collaborate with technical teams to define solutions.Validate technical analyses, designs, test plans and technological deliverables.Plan and manage the necessary resources, ensuring adequate coverage of skills.Monitor team workloads, availability and performance.Collaborate with department managers to define requirements.Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, progress and critical issues.Conduct meetings, steering committee meetings and periodic communication activities.Facilitate collaboration between business, IT and vendors.Identify risks, dependencies and problems in a timely manner, defining effective mitigation plans.Ensure compliance with project quality standards and company policies.Monitor project KPIs and take corrective action when necessary.Supervise the delivery, testing, go‑live and handover phases to the operations teams.Coordinate project closure activities, lessons learned and final reporting.Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual requirements.RequirementsProven experience (7+ years) in managing complex ICT projects.Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and agile).Skills in infrastructure, applications and systems integration.Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary, multicultural and multi‑supplier teams.Knowledge of PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).Soft SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills.Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.Ability to work in complex and structured environments.Independent management of priorities and deadlines.What we offerInternational working environment.Salary commensurate with experience.Company welfare and company performance bonus.Health insurance.Equality Policy We are an equal opportunities employer and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.Privacy Please read the privacy policy pursuant to Article 13 of the Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) published on our website https://www.objectway.com/privacy/?lang=en.Seniority Level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment Type Full‑timeJob Function Business DevelopmentIndustries Software Development and Financial Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
