Sales Manager

The Sales Manager at our Software Training Institute will be responsible for leading our sales team developing strategic sales plans and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management a deep understanding of the software training industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Create and present detailed sales forecasts and reports to senior management. 2. Team Management:
Recruit train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
Set individual sales targets and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. 3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide tailored training solutions to meet their requirements.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. 4. Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to promote the institutes training programs.
Attend industry events seminars and conferences to represent the institute and generate leads. 5. Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. 6. Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the sales budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Monitor sales expenses and ensure they are within budget.
Provide regular financial reports to senior management. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in sales management preferably in the education or software training industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Skills:
Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High level of motivation and the ability to motivate others.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Work Environment:
The role typically involves a combination of office work and travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
The Sales Manager may need to work extended hours to meet sales targets and deadlines. Application Process:
