Per azienda strutturata operante nel settore industriale / automazione, siamo alla ricerca di un/a:Spare Parts Service Specialistche garantisca la corretta gestione, disponibilità e distribuzione dei ricambi, supportando il dipartimento di assistenza tecnica e contribuendo all’efficienza operativa degli impianti.Responsabilità principali Collaborare con il team tecnico per identificare le necessità di ricambi e garantirne la disponibilità tempestiva Gestire le richieste di ricambi, incluse offerte, ordini e conferme Monitorare le scorte di magazzino e gestire gli ordini di acquisto per il reintegro dei materiali Aggiornare costantemente il sistema informativo dedicato alla gestione ricambi (ERP / gestionale di magazzino) Coordinarsi con fornitori e partner per il rispetto dei tempi di consegna Fornire supporto tecnico-commerciale sui ricambi, consigliando i clienti nella scelta e risolvendo eventuali problematiche Gestire bolle di consegna, fatture e documentazione correlata ai ricambi Collaborare con i tecnici per la risoluzione di problematiche legate ai ricambi, inclusa la ricerca di alternative, resi e gestione delle garanzie Redigere report periodici su giacenze e movimentazioni di magazzinoRequisiti Esperienza pregressa nella gestione ricambi o in ruoli affini, preferibilmente in ambito industriale o automazione Conoscenza dei processi di magazzino e gestione ordini Buona dimestichezza con software gestionali ed ERP Precisione, organizzazione e attenzione ai dettagli Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire priorità multiple Buone doti comunicative e orientamento al cliente interno ed esterno Preferibile conoscenza tecnica di componenti meccanici ed elettronici, in particolare per magazzini automaticiCosa offriamo Inserimento in un contesto aziendale strutturato e in crescita Ruolo centrale di interfaccia tra service, magazzino e fornitori Ambiente dinamico e tecnicamente stimolante Inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all’esperienza
