Per la Digital Solution di DGS SpA, stiamo
selezionando un/una IT Project Manager sulla sede di Roma.

La figura che stiamo ricercando è capace di stabilire una relazione
continuativa con il cliente volta al raggiungimento degli obiettivi dei singoli
progetti e all’interpretazione delle esigenze attuali e future. Individua i
fattori di successo di un progetto e coordina il team stimolandone il
conseguimento.

Sviluppa nuove opportunità commerciali proponendo scenari e tecnologie che
rispondono alle evoluzioni del business dei prospect/clienti.

Attività:

  1. Capacità decisionale e responsabilità nella gestione del cliente
  2. Supporto all’area commerciale e all’ufficio legale durante la
    redazione e la revisione dei contratti
  3. Capacità nel riconoscere i rischi di un progetto e di individuare
    azioni correttive o mitigative
  4. Coordinamento del team interno durante tutte le fasi del progetto
  5. Conoscenza delle principali tecniche e strumenti di Project Management
  6. Capacità nell’organizzare una commessa e seguirne l’andamento
    economico
  7. Abilità nel redigere e seguire un piano delle attività
  8. Gestione degli economics con responsabilità sul budget di progetto

Requisiti:
  1. Esperienza attuale e pregressa nella gestione di progetti IT
  2. Buona conoscenza dei principali sistemi operativi (UNIX, Linux,
    Windows), DB (Oracle Database 12x., PostgreSQL, Mongo Db), tool, linguaggi
    di programmazione
  3. Spiccate doti relazionali e di empatia con le persone
  4. Capacità di negoziazione per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi
  5. Capacità di gestione di team composti anche da altri fornitori
  6. Esperienza nella gestione di più progetti con buona indipendenza
  7. Esperienza di almeno 2-5 anni in attività di Project Management o
    ruoli simili

Inquadramento commisurato in base all'effettiva
esperienza.
Costituirà requisito preferenziale l’appartenenza alle
categorie protette (Legge L.68/99).
