Il Restaurant Manager è il responsabile della gestione operativa del un ristorante. Si assicura che tutto funzioni in modo efficiente e redditizio. Si occupa della gestione del personale, reclutando, formando e supervisionando lo staff. È responsabile della programmazione dei turni di lavoro e della risoluzione di conflitti interni. Il Restaurant Manager garantisce un servizio al cliente di alta qualità, affrontando eventuali reclami e migliorando l'esperienza complessiva dei clienti. Gestisce anche gli aspetti finanziari del ristorante, tra cui la gestione del budget, il controllo dei costi e la supervisione delle operazioni di cassa. Inoltre, si occupa dell'approvvigionamento delle materie prime, assicurando la qualità degli ingredienti e la loro disponibilità, e della conformità alle normative sanitarie e di sicurezza. Spesso collabora con lo chef per creare e aggiornare i menu, ottimizzando l'offerta in base alle preferenze dei clienti e ai costi. Sovrintende inoltre alla creazione della carta dei vini. Esperienza pregressa e comprovata nel settore della ristorazione (5+) in ruoli di gestione.Competenze in gestione del personale, inclusi reclutamento, formazione e leadership.Capacità di gestione finanziaria, comprendendo budget, controllo dei costi e gestione dei conti.Conoscenza delle normative sanitarie e di sicurezza relative alla ristorazione.Ottime capacità comunicative, sia con il personale che con i clienti.Capacità organizzative per gestire le operazioni quotidiane e coordinare i vari reparti.Attitudine al problem solving per affrontare situazioni impreviste e risolvere problemi operativi.Flessibilità orariaCompetenze di marketing e vendita, utili per promuovere il ristorante e aumentare la clientela.Visione strategica di sviluppo dell’attività del ristoranteConoscenza culinaria di base, per comprendere e supportare il lavoro in cucina e la creazione del menu.Conoscenza della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese fluente, sia scritto che orale
