We have established HIPAAcompliant Clinicus an artificial intelligence (AI) bot that monitors patients 24/7 and ensures fast response in their care management program. Clinicas watches each patients vitals and alerts our licensed team when a patients program progress or vitals are varying. Our team will then quickly contact the patient to discuss the change. If needed we will schedule a physicians appointment. Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team and drive our technical programs related to billing revenue cycle management finance and financial analytics. This role is pivotal in leveraging financial data to enhance the efficiency effectiveness and profitability of our revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analytics program management and revenue cycle processes coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Lead and manage technical programs related to billing revenue cycle management finance and financial analytics.
  • Collaborate with EDI partners to ensure seamless integration and data exchange optimizing billing processes and enhancing overall revenue cycle efficiency.
  • Work closely with finance teams to develop and implement financial analytics solutions that provide actionable insights and support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
  • Monitor program progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and nontechnical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on program goals and objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards particularly those relevant to US healthcare.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in technical program management preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical programs from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of billing revenue cycle management finance and financial analytics in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience working with EDI partners managing data exchange and optimizing billing processes.
  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to create and manage project plans timelines and budgets.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA Trello or similar.
  • Knowledge of US healthcare regulations and standards is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced startup environment.
Finance and Analytics Responsibilities:
  • Implement financial analytics tools and dashboards to monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
