Your role: The candidate will join the Planning team with the following activities:
- Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure adherence to schedules and resolve any scheduling conflicts;
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement;
- Expertise in planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay;
- Develop and implement effective planning and scheduling strategies to optimize production processes, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products;
- Ability to define manpower in order to guarantee the industrial production plan;
- Critical thinking to challenge processes and announced capacity;
- Ability to manage teams (2-3 people);
- Fluent in English and Italian.
Main requirements:
- Educational Background in Engineering/Economics;
- At least 3 years of experience;
- Analytical skills and knowledge of the main production and supply chain flows.
