Posizione Aperta: Test Execution and Management Junior

Sede: Napoli

Descrizione del ruolo: Il candidato ideale deve svolgere in modo indipendente le attività assegnate, diventando un esperto del settore (SME).

Cosa offriamo:

Responsabilità:

  • Esecuzione di test continui per la suite di sicurezza, API e regressione.
  • Creazione di strategie di automazione e script automatizzati per migliorare l'efficacia dei test.
  • Supporto alla configurazione dei dati e degli ambienti di test.
  • Partecipazione attiva nelle revisioni del codice e monitoraggio dei difetti.
  • Supporto alle attività di miglioramento continuo del processo di test end-to-end.
  • Identificazione e priorizzazione dei casi di prova in base all'analisi dei rischi e delle esigenze aziendali.
  • Analisi delle cause principali dei difetti e proposta di azioni correttive.
  • Rimanere aggiornati con le ultime tendenze del settore e tecnologie relative alla qualità ingegneria.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza di almeno 1-2 anni in ruoli simili.
  • Conoscenza di strumenti di automazione dei test (es. Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, ecc.).
  • Conoscenza delle metodologie Agile e di testing continuo.
  • Capacità di scrivere test case efficaci e di documentare i risultati.
  • Conoscenza base della gestione dei difetti (ad esempio JIRA).
  • Ottima capacità di problem solving e comunicazione.
