BLUSERENA HOTELS & RESORTS – CHI SIAMO La nostra storia è iniziata con un hotel sul mare. Da allora il nostro gruppo è cresciuto fino a una dimensione internazionale. Oggi accogliamo i nostri ospiti in 13 hotel e resort, a 4 e a 5 stelle, in moderni centri congressi e nella prestigiosa Ethra Thalasso SPA. Gli hotel sono in Sardegna, Puglia, Sicilia, Calabria e Abruzzo, affacciati su spiagge meravigliose, e in Piemonte, nel comprensorio sciistico della Vialattea. Offriamo circa 4.200 camere e nei periodi di piena attività contiamo su circa 2.500 dipendenti. Vogliamo offrire ai nostri ospiti momenti che ricorderanno per sempre. AREA DI RESPONSABILITA' Occuparsi della gestione delle attività di prenotazione, vendita e assistenza agli ospiti Elaborare preventivi personalizzati in base alle richieste ricevute Inserire prenotazioni e data entry nel gestionale aziendale Assegnare le camere e organizzare i trasferimenti degli ospiti Occuparsi della gestione del complaint, coordinandosi con gli altri reparti, al fine di soddisfare tempestivamente le richieste degli ospiti Curare i contatti con le agenzie di viaggio Gestire le attività di prenotazione, vendita e assistenza agli ospiti Requisiti CONOSCENZE SPECIFICHE E FORMAZIONE Precedente esperienza (in hotel, villaggi e resort) Diploma o Laurea preferibilmente nel settore turistico Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office Ottime capacità relazionali e standing Capacità di problem solving unita ad un atteggiamento positivo e costruttivo Predisposizione all’apprendimento, curiosità ed entusiasmo Capacità di lavorare in team Affidabilità, responsabilità e proattività nel portare a termine le attività assegnate Costante volontà di crescere e misurarsi in un contesto altamente professionale che ambisce a raggiungere i più alti standard di servizio Disponibilità al trasferimento per la stagione estiva La conoscenza della lingua inglese o di altra lingua oltre l’italiano costituisce titolo preferenziale Inviando la candidatura si dichiara di aver letto l'informativa presente sul sito www.bluserena.it by helplavoro.it
