We are looking for like-minded individuals to join us in our vibrant work environment.Based in Florence, the Borgo Lifestyle Group is a collection of luxury lifestyle companies which includes Borgo Santo Pietro, a 5-star luxury boutique hotel that includes two restaurants, Borgo Santo Pietro Saporium and Trattoria sull’Albero, and a holistic Spa; Saporium Firenze, a Michelin star restaurant in Florence; Yacht Satori, a custom yacht with the shape of a traditional schooner but all the amenities of a world-class racing yacht; PN Homes Constructions, a construction company specialised in the refurbishment of historic properties in Italy and the UK; Seed to Skin Tuscany, luxury skincare line known for Green Molecular Science products and spa-focused approach that can be found in the top spas and retailers worldwide.This is a close, trusted role working directly with the Owner, supporting both professional and personal matters, ideal for a proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented self-starter who enjoys being hands-on, moves quickly, takes natural ownership, and takes genuine pride in anticipating needs and making life run smoothly—often before anyone else realises they need to—while bringing calm, order, and momentum to a fast-moving environment.What You’ll DoProvide seamless one-to-one support to the Owner, managing priorities with discretion, care, and attention to detailOrganise and oversee all travel arrangements — from flights and accommodation to itineraries and on-the-ground logisticsCoordinate meetings, events, and schedules, ensuring everything is prepared and runs effortlesslyResearch, source, and liaise with suppliers and service providers, handling negotiations with confidence and good judgementManage sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity and professionalismAnticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and step in without being askedWho You AreYou have at least 3 years’ experience supporting a senior executive and feel comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentA valid driver’s license is desirable.You have a great eye for beauty and details You are fluent in English and Italian, and communicate clearly, elegantly, and confidently — both written and spokenYou are naturally organised, quick-thinking, and excellent at juggling multiple prioritiesYou stay calm under pressure and adapt easily when plans change at the last minuteYou have a strong sense of style and aesthetic judgement, and feel at home in a creative, luxury-driven worldYou are confident with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and digital tools, and comfortable handling budgets and dataYou enjoy taking initiative, getting things done efficiently, and building positive, professional relationshipsYou are discreet, reliable, and proud to be someone others can fully trust
