Posizione

La selezione è rivolta a candidati/e appartenenti alle categorie protette, Legge 68/99 Art. 1, invalidi civili, con regolare iscrizione al collocamento mirato.

La risorsa selezionata, sarà inserita nel team di Facility & Hospitality occupandosi di:

·Organizzazione, riordino e ripristino dei materiali mancanti nelle sale meeting, allestimento delle stesse, rifornimento del materiale di cancelleria e assistenza tecnica durante proiezioni e video confernze

·Supervisione delle sale meeting e gestione degli interventi in caso di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria;

·Supporto all'Ufficio forniture cancelleria per approvvigionamento al piano di articoli di cancelleria e dei dispositivi di sanificazione;

·Supervisione del corretto utilizzo delle postazioni di lavoro secondo politiche aziendali e protocolli di sicurezza;

·Verifica prima dell'inizio delle riunioni e meeting, della funzionalità degli apparati audio/video

·Supporto alla segreteria nella compilazione di file e reportistiche.

Requisiti necessari:

-Appartenenza, preferibilmente, alle categorie protete L.ge 68/99 Art.1 Invalidi Civili

-Diploma tecnico scientifico o Laurea Triennale;

-Inglese avanzato;

-Ottime doti relazionali ed organizzative; entusiasmo e proattività

-Propensione al team-work ed alla flessibilità lavorativa oraria.
