FILIALE: MILANO SERVICESSPECIALIZZAZIONE: CORE SKILL - Fashion & LuxuryGrafton Fashion&Luxury* è un team dedicato a valorizzare le esperienze, le competenze e il potenziale dei candidati nel mondo della moda e del lusso.Siamo un team di professionisti appassionati, lavoriamo per accompagnare i nostri candidati verso le mansioni ed i contesti aziendali più coerenti con le loro competenze e le loro aspettative.Per prestigioso Luxury Brand selezioniamo:Client Advisor High Watches _ Luxury BoutiqueSarai inserito/a all'interno di prestigiosa Boutique di un brand Luxury dedicato al prodotto di alta orologeria di lusso nel centro di Milano.Di cosa ti dovrai occupare?Gestirai le attività di accoglienza e consulenza altamente personalizzata al cliente;Garantirai una selling experience curata e completa;Offrirai uno storytelling dettagliato dei prodotti;Ti occuperai di mettere in campo attività di fidelizzazione della clientela e di CRM per ampliare il portafoglio clienti;Curerai la clientela fidelizzata e VIP locale e internazionale;Supporterai il team di vendita e le risorse più junior nella gestione delle attività sul floor e nella gestione dei clienti più storici.Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche?Esperienza pregressa nella mansione all'interno di negozi di alto livello, caratterizzati da vendita assistita e forte attenzione al cliente; sarà considerato un plus l aver trattato il prodotto di alta orologeria di lusso e/o forte passione per la categoria merceologica;Forte orientamento al cliente ed alla fidelizzazione;Ottimo standing, solarità e predisposizione al lavoro in team;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Orario di lavoro: Full Time da lunedì a domenica secondo turnazione, 5 su 7gg lavorativi.Offerta Contrattuale: contratto a tempo determinato o indeterminato diretto con Azienda Cliente.
