You will also work closely with our Sales & Engineering team📍LocationThis is a hybrid role: the reference office is in Milan and we would love to see your face around our office corridor when possible 😉👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Freelance Event Specialist at Kampaay, you will: Support the Event Excellence Team during the management of all events in our pipeline Plan the events from start to finish according to concept, requirements, needs, target audience and objectives Develop a budget and ensuring it is adhered to the customer requests Maintain good contact with our suppliers and customers Building a long-term relationship with key contacts of our main customers, by being accountable & informed about all events, leading complex/strategic events delivery and spotting new business opportunities Being present during some events and coordinate our suppliers Ensure the smooth running of the event and resolve any problems that may arise Check and register supplier invoices 🧡 About youyou could be our perfect Freelance Event Specialist if you have the following characteristics: At least 2 years of experience in similar roles You are a team player You are responsive, responsible and not afraid of making decisions You have good communication and negotiation skills and good project management skills You are organized, tidy and have an eye for detail You are fluent both in English and Italian (at least B2) You have good knowledge of Excel & Power Point You are a problem solver You are willing to learn and go outside your comfort zone to experiment and challenge what has already been done in the industry You are humble and know how to take feedback to get the best out of it 🎁 What you getHelping you succeed is our number one priority.
