The Business Unit of the Group that designs formats and integrated solutions to meet every need related to Guest Management for events, meetings, conventions, team-building activities, incentive trips and luxury experiences.Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking freelance professionals to support our Event Operations (Guest Management) Team .What You Will DoManage and process data to ensure the correct logistical coordination of services (flight/train ticketing, hotels, transfers).Maintain a personalized and timely relationship with both clients and final guests, providing dedicated assistance tailored to individual needs — from the save-the-date phase through to post-event follow-up.Handle communications with guests through the usual channels (dedicated email addresses, phone, WhatsApp).Work as part of the Event Operations Team, supporting the team and reporting directly to the Director.Ideal Profile & Required SkillsContact us if you have:At least 2 years of experience in similar roles within event operations or guest management teams.Excellent knowledge of Excel and its functionalities for data management and normalization.Fluent English , both written and spoken.Familiarity with dedicated management tools (web-based platforms) used to support secretariat and guest management activities (previous experience is a plus).Contact us if you are:Highly organized and detail-oriented.A strong communicator with solid interpersonal skills.What We OfferA growth and development path with access to state-of-the-art tools.Opportunities to travel (Italy and abroad).A company that values talent and employee well-being.Our organization operates in full compliance with gender equality principles and is committed to fostering inclusivity and diversity.Please submit your application without providing information related to marital status, pregnancy or family responsibilities.
