Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners specializing in the recruitment and selection of Middle & Top Management profiles, is currently seeking a Cloud tech Lead for a consulting firm, specialized in system integration and digital services.We are seeking a Cloud Architect / Lead to act as a strategic right-hand to the executive managing our Infra Cloud Services and Managed Services Provider (MSP) business units.This role requires strong technical leadership, customer-facing experience, and a proactive mindset to drive transformation and excellence in delivery.What You'll Work OnYou’ll support and lead activities in areas such as:Cloud Adoption & Migration (lift & shift, cloud landing zone, governance setup)Cloud BPA (Best Practice Assessments, Architecture Reviews)Azure ARC integration and hybrid architecture enablementBusiness Continuity & Disaster Recovery solutionsHigh Performance Compute projects (e.g., Azure HPC)Virtualization solutions (AVD, AVS, VDI)Edge & IoT Solutions leveraging Stack HCIAzure AI Infra and workload enablementManaged Services delivery, acting within the scope of our approach to AI-powered operationsYour RoleLead the design and implementation of cloud and infrastructure projectsAct as technical lead across complex migrations, hybrid integrations, and managed servicesInterface with enterprise clients during pre-sales, design, and delivery phasesCollaborate closely with Microsoft and our internal practices on solution shapingSupport the BU Manager in prioritization, strategic planning, and offering evolutionDrive the adoption of automation, AI for Ops, and continuous improvementYour Profile5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or managed servicesDeep expertise in Microsoft Azure, hybrid solutions, identity, networking, and monitoringFamiliar with Azure ARC, AVS, AVD, and edge computing architecturesSolid background in governance, compliance, and service reliabilityStrong communication skills in both Italian and EnglishProactive, structured, and able to handle multiple workstreams in parallelBonus SkillsAzure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-104)Consulting experience with large enterprise customers
