About Role
Overview: As a Technical Content Writer you will collaborate with various teams including Product Marketing and Sales to gather insights and technical information. You will then transform complex concepts into clear and compelling content for our website social media channels and other platforms. Your work will be instrumental in driving brand awareness and nurturing customer loyalty. Responsibilities

• Create highquality engaging and informative content tailored to our target audience in the B2B industry.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather technical information and insights on our platforms features capabilities and benefits.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends best practices and competitors to generate new content ideas and ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity coherence and adherence to our brand voice and style guidelines.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
• Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and developments to effectively communicate complex technical concepts through clear and concise content.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their content needs and deliver content that meets their objectives and expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 35 years as a Technical Content Writer especially with User manuals and product requirement documentation.
• Strong writing editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise content.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
• Excellent research skills and ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
