B2B Sales Developer – AI & Digital Solutions (Milan/Rome/EU)Elchai Group cerca un/una B2B Sales Developer per il mercato italiano ed europeo, focalizzato/a sull’apertura di nuove opportunità per le nostre soluzioni di AI, blockchain e trasformazione digitale. L’annuncio è in italiano, ma il ruolo richiede l’uso quotidiano della lingua inglese con clienti e team internazionali.Responsabilità principali;Identificare e prioritizzare aziende target in Italia / UE interessate a soluzioni di AI, generative AI, blockchain e digital transformation. Gestire campagne outbound strutturate (LinkedIn, email, call) verso CEO, founder, direttori IT e innovation manager. Qualificare i prospect (bisogni, budget, potere decisionale, tempi) e fissare meeting di discovery e demo per il nostro management. Mantenere aggiornato il CRM e riportare regolarmente attività, meeting fissati e pipeline generata.Requisiti;2–5 anni di esperienza in vendite B2B outbound (consulenza, IT, SaaS o servizi digitali). Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e inglese fluente (parlato e scritto), requisito indispensabile per interagire con clienti e team internazionali. Abitudine a lavorare per obiettivi, forte orientamento ai risultati e capacità di operare in autonomia.
