Guest Relations Officer
Desideri entrare a far parte della squadra?
La risorsa si occuperà di :
- Accoglienza Ospiti all’arrivo prendendosi cura in modo continuativo delle loro richieste durante tutto il soggiorno.
- Monitoraggio soddisfazione dell’ospite
- Gestione Operazioni di Front office (check in – check out – escorting - cashier operations) assicurandosi di seguire gli Standard di Compagnia;
- Gestione della corrispondenza con gli ospiti pre- arrivo
Requisiti:
Il candidato ideale, ha maturato esperienza nel ruolo, proviene da strutture alberghiere di prestigio, possiede guest orientation, organizzazione del lavoro e teamwork, dimestichezza nel lavoro con elevati standard di servizio, eccellenti capacità di problem solving e multitasking. Forte senso di responsabilità e presentazione professionale.
Non ultimo, capacità di lavorare in orari flessibili e su turni
