You will design UX and UI solutions for complex digital products, mainly mobile, with strong attention to usability and accessibility. You will translate research, data and constraints into clear user flows, interfaces and interactive prototypes. You will contribute to the evolution of design systems, experimenting with AI tools to support ideation, exploration and design efficiency.Technologies. You will mainly use Figma for UX UI design, prototyping and design system management (but also Adobe XD, Sketch,...). You will work across different files with shared libraries, components and variables. You may use additional tools for research, testing and documentation.Team work. You will work in a design team where UX and UI are not separated roles. You will be involved in the full design process, from user flows and interaction design to visual interfaces and prototyping. You will collaborate daily not only with developers and collegues, but also directly with clients and banking stakeholders.WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…Academic background. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Communication Design, Interaction Design or related digital design disciplines.Valuable expertise. Experience designing UX UI for digital products already released. Ability to translate research insights into clear design solutions. Experience working with design systems and complex interfaces.Nice to have. Experience in the financial or banking sector. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. Experience running usability tests or accessibility assessments. Familiarity with Agile environments.Soft skills. Ability to communicate design decisions clearly; autonomy and responsibility in managing design tasks. Problem solving mindset and attention to detail.
