In just two years, we’ve raised€7M across two funding roundsand scaled from 0 to over500 roomsunder management in4 countries .Today, with a presence in more than100 tourist destinations , we’re the fastest-growing traveltech startup in Europe and we’re aiming to launch the Hotiday Room Collection in every major destination worldwide within thenext 3 years .Want to join us?What you’ll do Analyze historical occupancy patterns, booking-window trends, and customer behavior to builddynamic, data-driven pricing and trading strategies. Developdemand forecasts and production targetsfor newly acquired room allotments, ensuring each contract reaches its expected revenue contribution throughout the year. Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (RevPAR, ADR, pickup, sell-through, margin) tomaximize room yield and trading performanceacross the portfolio. Continuously improve our RMS platform by contributing insights, validating new features, and ensuring the system supportshigh-frequency pricing and inventory trading decisions.We're a great mach if you Have strong Excel skills and feel fully comfortable working with numbers, models, and datasets. Bring excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a genuine passion forpricing, forecasting, and market optimization. Speak and write English fluently, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, international, data-driven environment.How we work We look for people who want to carve new roads. We finish that task or we get crazy, we think of new solutions under the shower.❤️What we offer Target compensation package(OTE) up to €60.000 per year (base salary + performance bonus). Fixed gross annual salary (RAL) between€35 and €45kdepending on experience.
