The Palace Company Europeè alla ricerca di un General Manager altamente qualificato per guidare il prestigiosoBaglioni Hotel Luna , iconico 5 Stelle Lusso situato nel cuore storico di Venezia. Il candidato selezionato sarà il principale punto di riferimento per Ospiti, Collaboratori, Management e Stakeholders dell’hotel, garantendo l’eccellenza operativa e il rispetto degli elevati standard di servizio che contraddistinguono la struttura e il brand.RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI:Leadership:Coordinare e supervisionare tutti i reparti dell’hotel (Room Division, Housekeeping, F&B, Eventi), promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo e collaborativo. Favorire lo sviluppo professionale del team, assicurando coerenza con le linee guida aziendali ed il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.Financial & P&L Responsibility:Supervisionare ed analizzare le performance operative, i budget e i bilanci P&L, al fine di mantenerle allineate agli obiettivi economico finanziari della Società, proponendo e implementando tempestivamente eventuali azioni correttive, in modo proattivo e condiviso con il Management.Qualità e Standard di servizio:Assicurare l’eccellenza dei servizi offerti, in linea con gli standard aziendali, il posizionamento 5 Stelle Lusso e i requisiti del circuito LHW. Supervisionare la manutenzione della struttura e contribuire alla definizione del Capex Plan, preservando il valore storico e architettonico dell’hotel.Compliance:Garantire la piena conformità alle normative in materia di salute, sicurezza e adempimenti amministrativi. Monitorare licenze, autorizzazioni e obblighi fiscali, identificando rischi e opportunità di miglioramento.REQUISITI:Esperienza consolidata (minimo 7 anni) come Direttore in strutture alberghiere di lusso, preferibilmente parte di catene internazionali;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata;Spiccate doti di leadership, comunicazione e gestione di team in contesti complessi;Forte competenza nell’area Food & Beverage, con attenzione sia alla qualità del servizio che alla redditività;Mentalità commerciale e capacità di sviluppare relazioni strategiche a livello locale;Flessibilità, resilienza e orientamento al miglioramento continuo.SEDE:VeneziaL’offerta di lavoro si intende rivolta ad entrambi i sessi, nel rispetto delle disposizioni delle leggi D.lgs. 903/77 e D.lgs. 125/91#J-18808-Ljbffr
