This role sits at the intersection of marketing, digital, and operations, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution.We are seeking a proactive, hands-on individual with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership over projects.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Sales Support (B2C)Support daily marketing and sales activitiesReview inbound leads and assist with client qualificationHelp implement marketing programs and initiativesMaintain and update marketing materials (presentations, sales sheets, price lists, product manuals, brand books, style guides)Manage databases and support presentations using Excel, Word, and CanvaOperations & Showroom CoordinationCoordinate logistics for customer visits and makeup artist activities (demos, materials, catering)Manage showroom inventory and assist visiting clientsLiaise with external partners (PR agencies, makeup artists, models)Support marketing and fashion eventsPrepare inbound and outbound orders for lordandberry.com using showroom stockManage sampling requests (bloggers, MUAs, PR agencies, influencers)Digital & Social Media SupportSupport management of the lordandberry.com storefront and future online storesCoordinate digital and social marketing activitiesAssist with website updates (content, imagery, promotions)Support email marketing and webstore promotions in collaboration with Social Media & Community specialistsContent, Email & Web MarketingCreate and upload website copy and imageryDraft and send email marketing campaigns and newslettersCommunicate with clients, affiliate partners, and digital networksConduct basic keyword research and web analytics reportingSupport social media engagement and brand awareness initiativesUse analytics tools to monitor performance and suggest improvementsAssist with paid media, PPC, and affiliate marketing activitiesManage contact databases and support lead generationWebsite & E-commerce (Magento)Support day-to-day operation of lordandberry.com (front-end and back-end)Coordinate with software agencies on website performance and updatesAssist with product updates, site maintenance, and development projectsRequirementsStrong commercial awareness and analytical mindsetAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, in-house environmentPassion for beauty, luxury, and fashionExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Canva, and confident use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT prompting)Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and e-commerce (Magento is a plus)Proactive, problem-solving attitude with strong ownership mentalityExcellent Italian and English (written and spoken)What We OfferA creative, dynamic, and international working environmentHands-on experience across marketing, digital, and operational functionsClose collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teamsA 9–12 month training period with the possibility of full-time employmentCompetitive salary and growth opportunitiesHow to ApplyIf you are passionate about beauty and eager to contribute to a fast-growing, Made in Italy brand, please send your CV to personale@lordandberry.com
